The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import fees. CONTRACT CONCLUSION If you submit an order for a listed good on the application, your order is an offer to buy the goods from another user on the application. The details about your recent orders can be found in your customer login. ORDER PLACEMENT By placing your order, you take the engagement that all details you provide to the other user are true and accurate, that you are an adult or assisted by an adult, that you or the person assisting you is an authorised user of the PayPal account and linked credit card used to place the order. As you are responsible for the information you provide to us please ensure yourself that all information is true and accurate. When your order is placed, we don’t guarantee that the seller will ship out the item. AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY Information displayed on this platform relating to availability is subject to change by the sellingcommunity users without notice. We cannot guarantee permanent or continuous availability of all products on our platform. All orders are subject to availability at all times. Delivery will be made by sellingcommunity users according to the information on the Paypal account of the buyer. We are not responsible for any delay in delivery caused by the unavailability of someone to take delivery of the products. It is your responsibility to contact the post office or courier company as applicable to arrange the collection or delivery of products that could not be delivered because you were unavailable. SELLER COMMISSION The seller of any sale item might pay us a commission on the total transaction amount. PayPal may charge the seller an additional fee and the seller should ensure that he is familiar with PayPal’s terms of use which he has agreed to while setting up his PayPal account. If charged, the commission will be deducted from his PayPal account. We will provide the seller of the sale Item with an invoice detailing the commission if requested. PAYMENT Payment for goods can be made only by the third party payment processor Paypal (a “Payment Processor”). By choosing this payment method you are redirected to the secure servers of PayPal. RIGHT TO CANCEL We reserve the right to close your account and we may refuse to provide the Sellingcommunity Services to you now and in the future. CANCELLATION BY US We reserve the right to cancel the contract between users if, for example: One or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect description due to a typographical error or an error in the information provided to us. If we do cancel your contract we will notify the seller party to refund the money received on their Paypal account to the buyers party. REFUNDS POLICY All sales of goods through the services are binding, final and not eligible for any return or refund of any nature whatsoever. As well as all charges incurred in connection with the services are payable in advance, final, and are not refundable. CONDUCT You agree to access and use our services only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for the knowledge of and adherence to any and all laws, statutes, rules and regulations pertaining to your use of the platform. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive user behaviour. By accessing the Site, you agree that you will not Use the Site to commit a criminal offence or to encourage others to engage in any conduct which would constitute a criminal offence or give rise to civil liability.
