How can I safely purchase an item?

Only purchase items through our integrated PayPal checkout that you can find on the product page or in the offers section. This gives you PayPal buyer protection, under which you are eligible for a refund in case the item doesn’t arrive, is not as described or isfake. It is important that the address on your PayPal account is the correct one.

What happens if my item doesn’t arrive?

If after some weeks your order hasn’t arrived, please get in touch with the seller for the tracking number of your parcel.If the parcel is untraceable or if the tracking number is unavailable please contact PayPal immediately. You will be eligible for a refund under PayPal Buyer protection in case the item doesn’t arrive.

What happens if I receive a fake item?

Under the PayPal buyer protection you are eligible for a full refund when the item you received turns out to be counterfeit. In this case, contact PayPal for their assistance. If you have any questions feel free to contact our support.

What if I want to return my purchase?

As per PayPal Purchase Protection you can return an item if it was described inaccurately by the seller. For example, when buying an item described as “new,” but receiving a used item instead. What happens if my paypal doesn't work?

In the event that you are not able to make an transaction, please contact paypal support. It might be that your account is still unverified or that other paypal related issues are causing problems. There is also the possibility that the seller has an issue with his Paypal account. In that case we can help out, please contact support to get assistance.

What are the commissions for selling?

We are proud to be the only platform for luxury resale that offers 0% commission when buying or selling on our platform.Paypal transaction fees are the only charges that apply.

What payment form can I use?

Currently as a seller you need a valid and working paypal to sell with us. Paypal is essential for our platform because it offers seller and buyer protection. As a seller you are only allowed to use the integrated app checkout. In future we are looking to add more payment methods.

What are the rules for selling?

To make SellingCommunity a safe place for everyone there are a few simple rules that you need to follow. #1 No counterfeit items allowed #2 Only Designer items allowed #3 Ship out on time (Take your shipping agreement responsible) #4 All items need to be in acceptable condition #5 All transactions need to be made through the integrated paypal checkout #6 Keep all conversation in the App chat ( No exchange of whatsapp/instagram/email is allowed) If one of the rules is breached you will lose the ability to sell designer items on our platform.

Who pays for shipping?

Currently, seller are able to set the shipping rates when uploading an item. Normally buyers need to pay for shipping on our platform. During the deal process, a seller can adjust the shipping price by editing the item. We advice to research the local postal services for

The Selling Community Pro subscription allows user to sell faster by giving their items more exposure. In addition to this, our new AI smart pricing tool helps seller boost their sales through an automatic price decrease mechanism. This results in more interest in your item from buyers.
